We strive to supply healthy fish,coral and invertebrates and we double check before sending out any livestock.

Payment

First come first serve for livestock(includes fish, corals and invertebrates), EFT secures orders.
If you are eligible for a refund on livestock, it will be in the form of STORE CREDIT.
No orders will be released without payment. Once order is paid, send your proof of payment to us via WhatsApp or email.

Collection/Shipping/Delivery

Collection is recommended for livestock as it ensures best health and travel for your stock.
Once order is paid it will need to be collect or shipped out with courier or uber package services within agreed upon time.
If order is not collected within agreed time we will let you know and discuss further.
Uber Package – Uber cost is at buyer’s expense and the risk is on the buyer if there is any issues due to the Uber services.
Nationwide Shipping – Buyer’s expense and at your own risk.
If livestock have died 24 hours of delivery/collection, let us know via WhatsApp accompanied with a photo, and if we or other customers have the same problem, Credit will be given on those items.

Quarantine

Quarantine tank is crucial for new livestock that is purchased to ensure they are healthy and to treat them if they show signs sickness.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

DOA refers to livestock that are dead upon arrival and not the next day .
We are not responsible for the water quality or the lack of hygienic or climatising measures taken during the release of the fish in your tanks.
Credits will only be considered if we or other customers experience the same problem on the same order.
